"Meditation is a form of exercise to focus and clear our minds, to achieve relaxation by entering alpha and theta waves to feel calmer, more comfortable, and more productive. By entering alpha and theta waves, we can find a relaxation point to get calm and healing. To this day, only a few people are able to do meditation (Dhyana). Meditation can help us learn to stay centered and keep inner peace. There are many types of meditation, such as guided meditation, Mantra meditation, mindfulness, contemplation, sound meditation, and movement meditation. Meditation can give you a sense of calm, peace, and balance that can benefit your emotional well-being and overall health. Meditation is not only done by sitting quietly but in any situation or anything we do daily, such as cleaning the house, gardening, washing dishes, etc. The essence of meditation is peace of mind."
